Growing up in a humble home in Castries, surrounded by lush natural resources and a loving family, Chef Victoria's early life was rich with the flavours and community spirit of the island. These formative experiences shaped her cooking philosophy: to create dishes that are not only delicious and balanced but also healthy and reflective of her St. Lucian heritage.

George Brown College, Toronto: Hospitality Management and Haute Cuisine certificates.
Advanced Studies: Returned to George Brown College for Food and Nutrition Management.
